IoT (Internet of Things)
Internet of
Things (IoT) refers to a system of related, Internet-connected objects that can
reconnect.
transfer
data via the wireless network without human intervention. IoT devices are
actually "smart" devices
that make
“smart” plans (e.g., smart homes, smart industries, smart farms, smart cities,
etc.)
Overview of Smart Farming
If machines could talk - and tell you when they were going
to break down.
Like human behavior, the machine also has such kind the behavior
but the only difference is that they can’t tell it so that we can understand
the problems
So here IoT & analytics comes into the picture for
Tracking & analyze the Problem.
Challenge
When a machine is not functioning properly, productivity
drops. How can you tell, quickly, that something is wrong?
As doctors see the reports of the patients, for taking the
decision quickly as same as the same thing with the machine by using sensors in
builds with IoT devices in it its different aggregates, Such as the HST pump,
engine, fuel tank,

Analysis
IoT sensors on agricultural machinery were connected to the cloud. Managers & workers received immediate notifications when the machine was not functioning properly. Then it is referred to the Engineering Analyst Engineer for RCA and Troubleshooting Prediction.
This also resulted in predictive data analysis from the information provided. Engineers started to build a picture and predict when the machine would break and plan maintenance. This increased productivity to 100%.
