Tractor Technology

                               TRACTOR TECHNOLOGY

1)-ENGINE TECHNOLOGY

                                                         GrabCard -3D Design

Now Tractors are coming with AVL technology.

consisting of 11 features

AVL dedicates about 10% of its annual turnover to continuous investments in research & development. As a result, AVL can always rely on the latest technology and thus provide powertrain solutions, which are proven in practice and ready for series production.

It is this highly efficient synergy between all these fields, which finally sets AVL apart as the development partner of your choice.

Customer Benefits

  • Low development risk and time
  • Seamless engineering partnership
  • Best performance vehicles meeting drivability, acoustic, and emission requirements
  • Access to the latest technology
  • Production feasible and reliable solutions
  • Helical air intake
  • Spring type compression ring
  • Graphite coated piston
  • Big inlet outlet valve.
  • High-Pressure FIP pump.
There are two types of Engine

> ADI Engine (Advance Direct Injection Engine )
it consists of Full  AVL technology.

> DI Engine (Direct Injection Engine )
it consists of partial AVL technology.

2)-CLUTCH TECHNOLOGY

the Clutch us used to disengage and engage the Gearbox with Engine Power.

Single clutch
- Both Tractor & PTO stop in a Single Step
Dual Clutch Both Tractor & PTO stop in two Step
Double-clutch- There is Separated Paddle & handle for Tractor & PTO

3)-GEARBOX TECHNOLOGY

Solutions, which are proven in practice and ready for series production.

  SLIDING-MESH

For more Details ---->   3D design - Ref - GRABCAD community

  CONSTANT-MESH

For more Details ---->   3D design - Ref - GRABCAD community

 SYNCHROMESH

For more Details ---->   3D design - Ref - GRABCAD community

4)-GEAR REDUCTION TECHNOLOGY.

the Gear Reduction technology is used to increase the power ( Torque) or speed.
when the RPM is transferred from Lower teeth Gear To Higher Teeth Gear then power is increased but speed is reduced.

       TYPES OF GEAR REDUCTION.

5)-PTO TECHNOLOGY

We received 3 output forms from the Tractor - lifting (Hydraulic), Moving (Differential ), Rotating (PTO)
This is one of the Outputs we received from the tractor.

Important Point
  • 6 spline is used most .
  • 540E @ 1380rpm -> Economic > Low Load > small work .
  • 540@ 1810rpm ->Normal .
  • Multispeed PTO runs at different speed at different Gear .
  • 1st = 400rpm  , 2nd = 570rpm , 3rd =950rpm , 4th = 1300rpm, R1=1239rpm , R2=610(ac).
  • Ground speed = PTO speed = Tire Speed (R/F)- used is trolley wheel drive  type.
  • Transmission PTO = It will stop with the transmission Stop (Gearbox)- Sigle Clutch type .
  • Live PTO = It will stop with  2nd  Push Of paddle - Double Clutch Type .
  • Independent PTO = a separately is lever is given to strop the PTO .

6)-STEERING TECHNOLOGY

It is Used To provide direction to the Tractor and other Automotive

                Single drop arm

Double power steering

7)-HYDRAULIC  TECHNOLOGY

It works on the Pascal low means the pressure will work in all direction .

ADDC technology -Automatic Depth & Draft Control

features:-
  • it is used with Implements
  • It also Controls the Depth
  • it controls the sudden attack on the implement
  • Due To sensing technology the TPL will lift up and Down as per Depth

8)-TYRE TECHNOLOGY

It is used to move and absorbed the sock or pressure from the ground and For traction

9)-BREAK TECHNOLOGY

The Break is used To Stop the Tractor by using the Friction

10)-FRONT AXLE  TECHNOLOGY

The front axle is used to support the front tire.
